Its patented pattern creates a non-slip surface and matches the look and feel of your Hexmag magazine and tactical grip. Sentry M-Lok rail covers use the patented Wedgelok technology to hold it securely to your handguard. When installing simply press each section firmly into each M-LOK slot. Once the Wedgelok is in place it will expand and lock in behind the hand-guard. Spans 4 M-LOK slots for convenient installation and can be cut down for shorter lengths to fit around optics or hand stops.
